ماذا يلهمك؟

I get inspiration to work harder and make even more impact from good music primarily, the pitiful conditions of certain less privileged people around me and from my resolve to be a part of the team that will build a new world order. I measure my inspiration by how hard the source knocks my heart to act.

One particular issue that matters to me is the development of effective public speaking skills in students of secondary school age. In my immediate society while in Niger State, Nigeria, I organized an inter-secondary school debate and thus got involved in the development of public speaking in Niger State, Nigeria. This problem I got to identify by my personal interactions with students in the state.

Personally, I belief the virtues that defines a good leader are: selflessness, humility, compassion for everyone, empathy, courteousness, diplomacy, action, hope, faith, energy, drive and large-heartedness. A leader without the following qualities will absolutely not effectively lead a team.

I believe TakingITGlobal will help me immensely to achieve my goals of getting more involved in the development of my society both immediate and enlarged, help me develop more leadership skills and grant me the avenue to interact with various other people who share my ideas.
